Luluk Nur Hamida is a PKB staff member and is currently a member of RHW Indonesia. He was born in Jombang, East Java and studied at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University (UINSA) Surabaya. Meanwhile, Lukmanul Hakim is a PKB politician from Lamongan Regency.

Since the issue of East Java gubernatorial election, the names Luluk or Lukmanul Hakim have never appeared in the exchange of candidates for the East Java gubernatorial election. The survey results of different institutions also never mention either of them. It can be said that both of them have little popularity in the eyes of the people of East Java.
